The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for administrative and program coordination support for the Talent Acquisition team.  Our ideal candidate can work independently as well as with a team, is highly motivated, detail oriented, has a strong sense of urgency and time management, takes the initiative with a track record of delivering solutions, is successful at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously and has a strong candidate focus.

  • Schedule interviews for Talent Acquisition team
  • Own job code creation and entering of updates to job descriptions in ADP
  • Be on-site to support candidate during interview process
  • Own candidate experience from hire to start with the company including ensuring background checks are cleared, sending welcome emails, following up with leaders and assisting with onboarding logistics to create the best candidate and new hire experience
  • Manage new team member on-boarding process; including orientation schedules and reporting, and process new hire set up paperwork
  • Provide program support on projects TA owns including, but not limited to, college recruiting, military hiring, and growing Remington’s employer brand
  • Post jobs on career sites as requested by Talent Acquisition team
  • Create itineraries for candidates interviewing in the Corporate Office
  • Arrange travel and lodging for candidates as needed and assist candidates with expense reimbursement
  • Assist team with follow up calls to candidates and hiring managers
  • Act as the liaison for Talent Acquisition social media accounts and inbox
  • Assist with identifying issues affecting talent acquisition and implementing recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes
  • Assist with career fair scheduling, ordering of materials for fairs, attending career fairs as needed for support and processing invoices for any career fair related events
  • Utilize ATS technology to its fullest capability and work cooperatively with HRIS team to ensure that the tool is functioning at the highest level in order to support the organization's talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside staffing agencies to build temporary applicant pool for roles enterprise wide.
  • Coordinate temporary staff sourcing, offers and on-boarding.
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program including ensuring payment to associates for referrals
  • Generate and maintain regular reporting for the team
  • Assist department budget and invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned

 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition team preferred
  • Highly coachable and positive attitude
  • Hands on ATS experience preferred. ADP Recruiting Management is a plus
  • Passionate about Talent Acquisition and have a desire to grow into a Recruiter
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite applications as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Highly proficient with social media, other internet portal searches
  • Ability to handle and prioritize many types of advanced administrative duties and use independent judgement and initiative
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Exceptional executive presence, interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and research skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
