JSX is proud to announce our 2024 Summer Internship Program. We are the fastest growing air carrier in the nation and are offering opportunities in several of our key departments during this 10-week program. You can expect to participate in exciting projects designed specifically for our Summer Internship Program within your specific area of focus, as well as cross-department shadowing!

About the Program:

The Internship cohort will participate in targeted training and experiences, and will have the opportunity to take advantage of the learning and development programs, as well as the support systems JSX offers. This includes one-on-one mentorship, an exclusive speaker series with company leadership, custom learning and development sessions, and opportunities to support the local community. We recognize that diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical components of leadership for all JSX Crewmembers, so we have ensured these topics are integrated throughout the summer's programming.

The JSX Summer Internship comes with a clear promise: We will provide a meaningful internship program filled with real-world experience and in-depth mentorship. The ultimate goal of the program is to provide a pipeline for full-time postgraduate hires. Because of this, the program is only open to those currently classified as juniors or seniors in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.

About the Hospitality team:

The Hospitality Team must be JSX brand ambassadors at all times by efficiently and professionally assisting our customers; be it face to face with customers, or when communicating via phone and email. The team manages and facilitates check-in, boarding, and baggage management with error-free accuracy. Verify customer Identification in accordance with all regulatory and company requirements to ensure federal and secure flight compliance. Ensuring customers experience a flawless trip, the concierge team must execute clear communication with the downline stations and flight crews in a timely manner.

About YOU:

As a successful candidate, you will strive to ensure your customers have an effortless and seamless experience, while also ensuring the lounge is in tip-top shape & fully stocked with amenities. You will act as a team player and must be willing to receive and offer directions to team members with grace. You will be exposed to group operations, field planning, and most of all direct customer interaction. You should be comfortable speaking in front of large crowds and lots of moving parts at one time. You will work closely with ASC Coordinators, Mechanics, Flight Crews, downline stations and FBOs, and Business Partners (Go Rentals, Airport Ops, etc.).

Program Eligibility:

• Currently graduating in 2024 or Spring 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality., or related degree.

• Ability to complete a 10-week program beginning in June 2024 in Dallas, TX
