Our company is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Staging Assistant to join our team. The Staging Assistant will be responsible for pre-packing, installing and removing home decor from homes for sale. The right candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or with a team, and will be able to follow a pre-determined design plan to create beautiful home staging installations.

Responsibilities:
Assist with pre-packing and installation of home decor for staging
Work with a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of staging projects
Follow pre-determined design plans and adjust as necessary to make a home look beautiful
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Solve any issues that arise during staging installations
Utilize social media skills to promote the company and showcase our work
Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging materials and supplies
Assist with loading and unloading of staging materials and supplies
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Experience in home staging, or home retail products, is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a pre-determined design plan
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficient in using social media platforms
Flexible schedule, as weekend and evening work may be required
