We are currently accepting applications for a Social Marketing Intern position at our Arlington, TX location:

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, may require work on weekends.

Social Marketing Intern Position

As a Social Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business objectives. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in social media marketing, providing you with the opportunity to apply your skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to our company's digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories. Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and tailored to our target audience.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive interactions, address customer inquiries, and escalate any issues as needed.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns and promotions. Help track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights to improve future initiatives..
• Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing. Conduct research on competitor activity, audience preferences, and relevant topics to inform our content strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including design, to coordinate social media initiatives and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives. Share insights and feedback to optimize campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their features, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track and interpret performance metrics.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with social media marketing, either through internships, coursework, or personal projects, is preferred but not required.
• Enthusiasm for learning, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strong English copywriter, will shape messaging across various channels, from websites and social media to email campaigns and advertising materials crafting compelling and persuasive copy that captivates our audience and drives action.
