A social media manager for Raofactor has a passion for luxury events and interior finishings. An
eye/interest for social media and brand management. Real on-the-job experience in brand and
social media management. Pay rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description
● Create visually stunning graphics, images, reels, and videos that captivate our audience
using your iPhone and professional video/photography
● Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content with little
oversight/guidance.
● Identify and evaluate emerging social channels, features, applications, platforms, tools, and
strategies; implement when beneficial to strategic objectives
● Create and manage a regular publishing schedule for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook,
Tiktok, Website & other media platforms.
● Leverage the right tools to manage your content. Recommend Buffer or PostPlanner.
● Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing
campaigns.
● Ensure our brand voice shines through consistently in all social media channels
● Work closely with the owner, and our marketing team to align social media efforts with overall
marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
● 1-2 years of experience with social media usage
● Self-starter attitude with an eager-to-learn mentality.
● Platform knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
● 10-12 hours of work per week (weekends can be included)
● Available for at least one weekly meeting with the marketing team.
● Have to have a personal laptop computer and/or mobile phone
