Fleet Feet's 9-week-long summer internship program will allow interns to put classroom learning into practice. Our internship experience focuses on professional development (think impactful work and stretch assignments), mentorship, networking, skills development, and on-the-job training across two areas. 

From managing the store floor on a busy Saturday afternoon to collaborating with a technology company on deploying the latest capability in 3D foot scanning, Fleet Feet’s continued success relies on entrepreneurial spirits working in unison across projects, departments, disciplines, and locations, and we’re always seeking driven and collaborative people to join the team.

Responsibilities

Our in-store internship will focus on the following areas: Retail Experience (training, people management, leadership skills), Grassroots Marketing (medical outreach, workplace fits, community outreach), and Inventory Management (e-commerce, learning sales reports).

Qualifications

• Ability and dedication to work 40 hours per week during internship dates
• Major/concentration in a relevant field to the rotation you are looking to join
• Proactive, dedicated, and driven individuals
• Rising Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors
