The Merchandise internship at AT&T Stadium is an opportunity to gain hands on experience with the Legends Merchandise team, serving the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Our retail and merchandise team strives to provide fans with an elite customer experience by providing best in class service and a premier product assortment. This position will work closely with all sides of the merchandise management team on a day-to-day basis.

Job Duties:

• Work alongside merchandise associates to gain understanding of product assortment, front of house customer service, and customer base
• Assist with daily warehouse operations including order pulling and inventory control procedures, while demonstrating thorough organizational skills
• Observe and assist with physical inventory process from start to finish
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels to ensure store locations are adequately stocked and properly replenished
• Work with management team to visualize merchandise product in all game day store fronts
• Oversee sections of stadium retail staff on game day
• Assist in the creation of new items and purchase orders
• Attend and actively participate in merchandise operation and purchasing meetings
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by senior management

Requirements:

• Pursuing college degree in related field of work
• Able to simultaneously manage a high level of details across multiple projects
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever possible
• Able to perform all other duties as assigned
