The Frisco RoughRiders play at beautiful Riders Field in Frisco. The franchise has led Double-A baseball in attendance for each of the past 12 seasons, and under new ownership and leadership for the 2015 season welcomed the three-largest and 7 of the top 9 crowds in team history. The RoughRiders also completely overhauled the game entertainment experience at Dr Pepper Ballpark prior to the 2015 season, installing a massive 2,700 square foot Daktronics HD video board, new outfield wall LED display boards, state-of-the-art control room and a newly-designed sound system. After unveiling new logos, team colors and uniforms before the 2015 season, the RoughRiders became one of the biggest merchandise sellers in all of Minor League Baseball.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ·
Continue to keep us as one of the 25 top teams in souvenir sales·
Continue to be creative and innovative with our selection of merchandise·
Develop an action and sales plan to increase merchandise sales annually which includes marketing·
Maintain overall appearance of the Merchandise Store including apparel and displays· Order merchandise and verify invoices and deliveries upon arrival·
Monitor daily/weekly inventory levels both in-store and in storage·
Organize and execute store wide inventory·
Prepare daily reports and deposits as necessary·
Responsible for completing phone, website and team orders·
Ensure that the fans’ shopping experience exceed their expectations·
Ensure stockroom/storage is kept neat and clean·
Distribute merchandise to sales floor·
Handle customer complaints·

Must maintain a pleasant attitude towards fans, co-workers, volunteers, and management; must possess excellent customer service skills
GAME DAY DUTIES: ·
Prepare game day schedule ensuring that staffing levels are consistent with traffic patterns and volume trends·
Set up and Manage Game day souvenir kiosk·
Supervise and train game day staff·

Work with game day staff on the following:
Product knowledge, Customer Service, loss prevention and point of sale equipment operation·

Individual must demonstrate an initiative in completing all tasks at hand. Must be able to work effectively on an individual basis and within a team framework, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
