Summary:
A successful Experience Strategy intern at TPN has an interest in understanding human behavior and cultural trends. This person will collaborate with the Experience Strategy team on client projects across the telecommunications and CPG industries, and will learn about the mindsets and behaviors of a variety of consumers. They will get hands-on experience navigating market research tools and applying data to create meaningful insights that drive meaningful experiences for our clients and customers.

Core Accountabilities:

• • Assists team members with ongoing strategic initiatives for clients such as competitive retail audits, trend monitoring, research initiatives and customer experience (digital and brick & mortar)
  • Conducts secondary research for planning team members or account team requests
  • Supports with experience brief development
  • Helps to support new business initiatives as needed

• • Excellent time-management skills along with the ability to work with supervisor to prioritize deliverables as needed
  • Proficient in utilizing secondary research tools to identify trends and discover relevant information and data
