Erin Hogue serves as the Founder of See Forever Consulting, a retail strategy consultancy.  As the founder of See Forever Consulting, Erin provides expert advice to retailers across multiple channels, industries, and business models, helping them optimize their revenue and product strategy.

Before establishing See Forever Consulting, Erin served as the Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer at Buff City Soap from 2020 to 2022. In this role, she led the product, pricing, visual merchandising and digital transformation initiatives of the rapidly expanding franchise concept. Her tenure at Buff City Soap witnessed significant growth, with store count increasing from 20 to 300.  Prior to joining Buff City Soap, Erin held the position of Vice President of Merchandising at The Container Store from 2004 through 2020. During her 16 tenure, she led the flagship Custom Closets Business, driving revenue growth from $50 million to over $450 million. Erin's success can be attributed to her innovative product development and customer-centric strategies.  Before joining The Container Store, Erin spent 5 years at JCPenney and began her career at Zale Corporation.  

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas.  She is currently active in organizations focused on higher education; including the Momentous Institute and Kappa Kappa Gamma.  She is currently serving as the Chairman of the College of Merchandising Hospitality and Tourism Advancement Board.
