You will learn about several teams including our Digital Strategy team, Digital Merchandising & Analytics team, and our Digital Item Production & Operations team. 
Pending which team you are placed on, you will gain deeper knowledge on a specific area.

Some of the responsibilities include developing selling strategies and tactics across all Kohl’s digital channels to provide the best digital customer experience while driving sales through strategic site merchandising, optimizing internal search and product recommendations and analyzing customer data.

Analyze the customer behavior using internal reporting to optimize all devices and product finding methods (browse, search & recs.) Research the influence of marketing channels and understand the impact these external drivers have on a category of business

Enhance customer experience by maintaining best in class online shopping experience

Responsible for collaborating  with merchant, marketing and digital partners to develop and prioritize browse & search experiences and category initiatives to best drive sales and conversion

Assess the competition to identify strategic competitive & consumer-driven opportunities to improve Kohls.com.

Responsible for execution of Item set-up, Product Detail Page creation, and live to site troubleshooting

Identify Product Detail Page strategies through competitive research and engage stakeholders to develop a process to execute the opportunities identified

Learn how product information flows to enable the live to site process

Research, document and train on digital process efficiencies.
