ADI is looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist Intern (Summer 2024) who will help drive best in class merchandising strategies and position the company to be thought leaders in the low-voltage industry. This individual will work with various team members and groups to assist with assortment strategies, vendor relationships, site merchandising, and event marketing support.

This internship is geared towards individuals completing degrees in Online Digital Merchandising and who have an interest in:

• Partnering with Sr. Digital Merchandisers to develop an online strategy that grows sales and margin
• Analyzing products, promotions, and campaigns; identifying opportunities to promote products and increase engagement and conversion
• Working with Digital Marketing to optimize campaign landing pages.
• Identifying product gaps in the assortment and executing competitive choice counts
• Managing special projects assigned by the Sr. Digital Merchandiser
• Assisting in the execution of A/B testing or targeting ideas to increase conversion rates and sales
• Contributing to optimizing internal search through in-depth analysis and awareness of product selection adjustments

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Must be a current student enrolled in a University and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher at the time of the summer internship.
• Degree in Digital Merchandising strongly preferred.
• Minimum GPA – 3.0
