We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bell is seeking a Demand Generation and Digital Marketing Intern who is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline.

Involved in every step of the customer journey and engagement cycle from ideation to implementation and analysis, they are also responsible for CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation integration and execution leveraging our technology stack.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Assists with the online marketing and sales efforts of the company and brands.
  • Develops campaigns to increase digital sales and works with a variety of online sales platforms.
  • Optimizes paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools, helps manage online marketing presence.
  • Monitors, analyzes, tests, and continually refines all components of campaign lifecycles to optimize demand generation.
  • Builds, manages and refines target audience contact database and develops campaigns that drive interest in Bell’s products and services including message creation, CTAs, templates and landing page designs, and campaign workflows.
  • Segments audiences based on behaviors, like past email engagements, website interactions, event attendance, and develops strategies and processes for nurturing prospects into qualified leads.
  • Analyzes and reports results from all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads; presents recommendations to the Marketing team in a clear, logical, and compelling fashion.
  • Manages multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. Performs A/B testing with regularity.
  • Maintains knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Utilizes Salesforce to create, monitor and track reporting of qualified prospects.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of customer questions as well as interfacing with strategic partners on program management.
  • Establishes and measures success metrics such as web traffic, abandon rate, conversion, cost per click dollar, average order size, and more.
     

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements:
 

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher at the time of the Summer Intern Program.
  • Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship or previous Bell work experience.
  • 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA is strongly preferred.
     

Minimum Requirements for a Communications Intern at Bell:
 

  • Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program
  • Strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to work with customers and representatives from other groups.
  • Attention to detail, able to organize, plan and prioritize assignments.
