The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at one of our corporate locations – McLean, VA, Dallas, TX or Memphis, TN. The Internship will begin on June 3, 2024 and end on August 9, 2024. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program).

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. 

 

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • As an intern you will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns. 
  • Create a final presentation together with your manager and team. 
  • Take ownership of multiple projects. 
  • Meet with your manager weekly in a one-on-one setting; an opportunity to bring new ideas to your team. 

 

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT 

 

You have these minimum qualifications: 

  • Can commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in one of our Corporate offices (McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; Memphis, TN) 
  • Fluently speak, read, and write English. 

It would be useful if you have: 

  • A high school diploma or GED. 
  • Enrolled in a two- or four-year institution. 
  • Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student run organization. 
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience (e.g., Server, babysitting, front desk, volunteer, coaching) 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience as a Hilton intern
