The Nissan Motor Acceptance Company "NMAC" Centralized Customer Experience Team "CCET" Student Intern will be at the Irving, Texas location and will be a full-time role. This intern will have a unique opportunity to work directly within our the NMAC Operational Effectives team.

During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to:

  • Work directly with the analyst from the Complaints team
  • Work on the root cause of customer complaints


In order to qualify for this role, you must:

  • Currently be pursuing [a/an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's] degree in a related field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
