Erin Donovan

Erin Donovan, PhD., and the founder of Fuel Training Consultants, is a learning and organizational design leader who has worked with global clients to ensure that their learning is in tune with their workforce and business growth points. With experience in retail, logistics, tech, manufacturing, non-profits, education, agriculture, and financial services, she focuses her corporate success on building and facilitating measured growth strategies grounded in her practical and academic experience.
In the corporate space, she advises corporations in change management, tech rollouts and agile-based solutions, works locally with small business to build cultural and on the job training, and serves as a global partner to ensure her solutions match the unique needs of each of her partners. In the education space, she designs and delivers professional development that levels the playing field between academic and corporate learners. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, two content area masters degrees, a bachelors degree in merchandising from the University of North Texas and is a National Board-Certified educator.
