Xingyi Zhang PH.D.
Dr. Xingyi Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of North Texas. She earned her doctorate degree in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University. She has industry experience in exhibition project management, tourism product design, and hotel and food service operations. Her research interests include club and resort management, hospitality and event marketing, consumer behavior and psychology, and sustainability in hospitality and event management, focusing on how to cultivate stakeholders’ pro-social behaviors to promote sustainability in the industry. She has published several research articles in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and has presented the outcome projects at international academic and industry conferences.
