Based in the Learning Village in Volterra, Italy, this program is a gateway to an unparalleled exploration of Italian culture, attractions, cuisine, and wines. This program provides students with the opportunity to experience and gain a thorough understanding of the art of winemaking in esteemed wineries. Besides, students will identify the agritourism charm, relish locally produced liqueurs, refine their palate withcoffee tasting, master truffle hunting, pasta making, and olive oil tasting, explore vibrant markets, and delight in culinary excellence at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
