
With a career spanning more than 30 years, Lisa Mullman is a seasoned executive currently
serving as SVP of Sales, Design and Product Development for Concept2, the Casual &
Lifestyle Business Unit of the TAL Group. Lisa’s comprehensive understanding of the
entire product lifecycle from design to logistics, combined with her proven track
record of driving business growth continues to be a vital asset to TAL’s ongoing success
and innovation.
Lisa was initially recruited to The Apparel Group of TAL to spearhead the development
of a sportswear division where her early strategic visions and leadership led to the
division generating over $60 million in sales within the first four years followed
by successive promotions to Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales.
Recognized for her talent and expertise, Lisa was later entrusted with the challenge
of establishing TAL’s first product development team, focusing on the company’s top
5 customers. This role allowed her to refine her design skills, her ability to trend
and forecast, while also implementing processes that significantly contributed to
the company’s success. Under Lisa’s leadership, the partnership with Brooks Brothers
experienced remarkable growth, with revenues increasing from $45 million to $120 million
and recognition by Nordstrom Product Group’s Vendor of the Year in 2015, growing the
account to $25M in sales.
With the more recent formation of TAL business units, Lisa was appointed to the Senior
Leadership Team leveraging her product knowledge and sales acumen with the task of
defining market segmentation, product strategy, and customer sales strategy for Concept2.
Her efforts contributed to the group achieving the highest sales in 2022 with a growth
of 26% over pre-covid volumes and securing a leading position within the golf space
with key customers; Peter Millar, Travis Matthew, GFore, Masters, and Rhoback.
