About
Biography

Dr. Mhlanga joined University of North Texas in the College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism in 2011. Prior to coming to UNT, he was a Lead Instructor at Wiley College (Hospitality and Tourism Administration). He worked in many restaurants’ and hotels’ as a sous chef in the United Kingdom and also in the USA.  Dr. Mhlanga received his BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Houston, MS in Hospitality Management and MEd in Higher Education from the University of North Texas and PhD in Educational Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University.
