Phylicia Jasper

Phylicia Jasper is a seasoned Event Manager with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Colorado State University, where she has developed a strong foundation in the principles of service excellence, leadership, and business acumen. Throughout her career, Phylicia has held key positions with Marriott International, Aimbridge Hospitality, and currently, JP Morgan Chase and has successfully led teams, planned and managed a wide array of events, and implemented innovative strategies to improve service delivery. Phylicia is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic approach, and ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. In her free time, Phylicia enjoys mentoring as a Big Sister with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, spending time with family, and flexing her creative muscle with various crafts, baking, and projects.
