Mike Reisinger

Mike Reisinger is a hospitality professional who focuses on people operations and culture.  Mike is a Florida native.   Upon graduating from college in Florida, he started working at Walt Disney World where he worked in the parks, retail, and hotels.  During his career at Disney, he found his two passions:  making guests happy and helping fellow employees.  After 10 years, he left Disney to join Loews Hotels at Universal Studios.  After opening several new hotels with Loews, he joined the opening team at Gaylord Palms.  Mike spent 10 years with Gaylord helping to build their brand and culture working in Orlando, Nashville and Washington, DC.  In 2010, Mike moved joined the pre-opening team with Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University in the DFW area.  Mike is currently the Regional Director of Human Resources where he works directly at Deloitte University and supports several other Benchmark locations across the country.  In addition, he serves on the board of directors for the Hotel Association of Tarrant County and UNT’s HETM department and partners with several local community associations on workforce development initiatives.
