Mackenzie Triana

I am thrilled to join the RCS Hospitality Group and bring 25 years of experience in hospitality and operational leadership to the team. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in dynamic, high-pressure environments, where I developed a passion for fostering collaborative relationships, problem-solving, and creating memorable experiences for Members, Guests, and team members alike. 

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about educating and mentoring young leaders in hospitality, helping them uphold industry standards and traditions while embracing innovation and technology to drive the field forward.  My background includes expertise in private clubs, hotel management, procurement, event management, and capital project oversight, which has taught me the value of strategic thinking and adaptability.

A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, I continuously seek opportunities to combine my expertise with my dedication to creating memorable experiences at work and home. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, Anthony and daughter, Luna.  I actively contribute to my community through volunteer leadership roles and service projects.
