Eric Tobin has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, honing skills in both luxury hotels and upscale casual dining, with expertise in single-unit operations as well as multi-unit regional management. He has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from Seton Hall University, followed by a master's degree and a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from Texas Tech University. For the past 15 years, he has taught in higher education and currently serves as both a professor and program chair at a community college in North Texas. In addition to his academic role, he also consults for small hospitality operations, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, employee motivation, and performance management.
