Ellen Frost is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 38 years of experience, including a proud tenure with the Four Seasons family since 2016. Guided by the “Golden Rule” long before joining the Four Seasons, Ellen is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for guests and fostering a supportive, enriching environment for her staff. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including budget management, capital projects, event planning, and building strong partnerships with boards and teams to elevate daily operations.

Before joining the Four Seasons, Ellen spent 18 successful years with ClubCorp, contributing at both the club and corporate levels. Her diverse roles included training, software deployment, event planning and execution, marketing, communication, social media, and collaboration with Board of Governors and club committees. She also draws on extensive experience in private catering, further showcasing her versatility and passion for service excellence.

Ellen holds a Master of Journalism and a B.S. in Hospitality from the University of North Texas, along with Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credentials from CAMICB. Beyond her professional endeavors, she serves on the Advisory Board for the UNT College of Merchandising, Hospitality & Tourism and actively supports her community as a member of the Auxiliary for the Salt Creek Volunteer Fire Department, where she helps manages their social media presence.

In her free time, Ellen enjoys scuba diving, fitness, and creating cherished memories with her family, including her three granddaughters.
