Christina Toups has had a successful career in the club industry for over 32 years, where she worked in several different capacities from F&B Director to General Manager/COO. She was the General Manager/COO at Ridglea Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas for over 17 years before retiring in 2020. Since then, she has kept active in the industry by taking yearly interim manager positions, including Carmel Country Club, Charlotte, NC in 2022, Germantown Cricket Club, Philadelphia, PA in 2023, and Philadelphia Country Club, Philadelphia, PA in 2024. She is a graduate from the University of North Texas with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Managementand has attained her Certified Club Manager and Certified Club Executive designations from Club Managers Association of America.
Christina has been a member of Club Managers Association of America for 32 years. She served the Texas Lone Star Chapter as President in 2005, on National Committees and on the National Board of Directors from 2015-2021. In 2016, she was named “Manager of the Year” by the Texas Lone Star Chapter.
In addition to serving with CMAA, Christina sits on the University of North Texas’ CMHT Advisory Board. She also volunteers with Meals on Wheels, Tarrant County, where she served as Chairman of the Board in 2015 and has served on their Endowment Board since 2019. In 2017, she was recognized by Meals on Wheels for her philanthropy.
In Christina’s free time, her passions are spending time with her family, especially her niece, Addi, and nephews, Zach and Hunter; traveling both in the US and abroad, hiking, kayaking and almost anything outdoors. She and her nephew, Zach, are working towards visiting all of the MLB stadiums with only a few left to see.
