Amanda’s expertise spans destination marketing, hotel sales, event management, and organizational strategy.

An early advocate for the “Experience” movement in the meetings industry, Amanda has transformed engagement at conferences for thousands of attendees. Her work with globally recognized brands reflects her dedication to innovation and excellence.

Amanda holds designations as a Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Event Designer, along with certifications in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. She is pursuing a degree in Applied Arts and Sciences at the University of North Texas, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning.

Amanda has four children lives in Little Elm, Texas with her husband, Justin Masters.
