GUIDE TO REQUEST A SERVICE
1. Go to the website: ithelp.unt.edu and login with your EUID and Password.
2. Click on the green 'Login' button
3. Login with your UNT EUID (abc0123) and password.
4. Click on "Report an Issue"
5. Click "Submit" - after contact information and service request information is filled
