Hall Kitchen Lab. Our cooking and baking camp welcomes teens of all skill levels,
whether you've never cracked an egg, or you're already whipping up weeknight dinners.
You'll learn real kitchen skills, discover new recipes, and have a blast doing it.
Cooking is one of the most valuable life skills you can have, and there's no better
way to learn it than with friends this summer!

cooking dishes from around the world, campers build real skills through real cooking.
Breads & Cookies ๐ฅ
Master the fundamentals of baking โ from yeast breads to decorated cupcakes and
classic cookies.
International Cuisines ๐
Travel the world through food โ campers cook dishes inspired by global culinary
traditions.
Food Safety & Nutrition ๐งผ
Learn the essentials of safe food handling, kitchen hygiene, and the basics of
balanced nutrition.
More Than Just Cooking
This camp is designed to build confidence, creativity, and independence. These are
skills that extend well beyond the kitchen.
Build Real Confidence
There's something powerful about creating food from scratch. Campers leave feeling
capable and proud of what they can do with their own two hands.
Life-Long Skills
Cooking is one of the most practical skills a person can have. Campers take home
recipes, techniques, and habits they'll use every day.
