Lisa’s passion is PEOPLE! Her purpose is to inspire teams to create a sustainable culture that is inclusive, positive, respectful, and FUN! With over 25-years’ experience in the hospitality industry, she serves as the Managing Director for Culture Solutions Team, which specializes in developing current and future leaders to reach their full potential.
Throughout her career, she has been a workforce development advocate for the Dallas-Ft. Worth hotel and restaurant community and serves on the board for the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association. She held the title of VP of People & Culture for Visit Dallas as well as led people operations for large and small boutique hotel brands such as Hyatt Hotels, W Hotel, Omni Hotels, Virgin Hotels, The Joule and Hotel ZaZa.
At an early age, Lisa fell in love with hospitality while working in restaurants and hotels. She pursued her Bachelor of Science degree and graduated from the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College (CHC). She met her husband Vance, also a CHC graduate and hospitality professional. They live in Arlington, Texas with their son Chase.
