Curtis Osmond serves as the President for III Forks and Silver Fox, both prime steakhouses in the Consolidated Restaurant Operations portfolio of restaurants. Curtis directly supervises 5 locations in Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin, Texas; and Jacksonville, Florida. A new III Forks location is scheduled to open in Addison, Texas in late 2024.
Curtis has held hourly and management positions in casual, quick service, and fine dining restaurants since 1986. After leaving Oklahoma State University’s School of Hotel & Restaurant Administration in 1993, he went to work as a manager for Spaghetti Warehouse in 1994. He was quickly promoted to general manager in 1996, showing strong leadership skills and a knack for producing financial results. When CRO looked to open the second III Forks location in Austin, Curtis was asked to lead the project. After a successful opening, the restaurant was awarded the Four-Diamond Award by AAA - the only stand-alone restaurant awarded in Texas in 2008 and the first time in CRO's history. The restaurant was a repeat winner in 2009.
Curtis has been married to his wife Shawn for 24 years. He has two children: Olivia (20) and Jake (19). Olivia is pursuing a nursing degree from Austin Community College. Jake is a music education major at the University of North Texas. They currently reside in Austin, Texas. Curtis is active in his church, celebrates life through the eyes of his children, and appreciates opportunities to learn.
