At Wegmans, he played a key role in numerous new store openings, helping scale the Company’ s renowned culture while driving operational readiness and workforce engagement. As VP of People & Culture at the Equinox Group, Connor developed people strategies and programs to support its global growth and diversification into new offerings and experiences.
