Program Name Changes Coming Fall 2025

Starting Fall 2025 Consumer Experience Management program will be renamed as Interdisciplinary Studies in Consumer Insights. This new name reflects a multidisciplinary approach to understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and strategic decision-making. While the names are changing, the programs will continue to provide the same strong foundation and opportunities for students.

A consumer experience management (CEXM) minor is a program of study that teaches students how to design, deliver, and improve the customer experience across different channels. Students learn about the customer touchpoints across platforms and how to create a seamless and positive experience at each one.

A CEXM minor is a valuable addition to a degree in business, marketing, or communication studies. It prepares students for careers in UX and UI, customer experience across platforms, and other related fields.
