A consumer experience management (CEXM) minor is a program of study that teaches students
how to design, deliver, and improve the customer experience across different channels.
Students learn about the customer touchpoints across platforms and how to create a
seamless and positive experience at each one.
A CEXM minor is a valuable addition to a degree in business, marketing, or communication
studies. It prepares students for careers in UX and UI, customer experience across
platforms, and other related fields.
