Department: Hospitality, Event and Tourism ManagementHoney Events aims to create unforgettable memories for our clients and we are seeking a dynamic individual to take the lead in securing new wedding bookings and be a lead and an assistant planner. This role requires engaging with couples across multiple media channels, introducing our services and demonstrating how we can help make their big day truly special. In addition, we are searching for someone who can collaborate closely with clients, bringing their unique vision to life through meticulous planning and seamless execution. Role Responsibilities
- Utilizing multiple social media platforms to reach out to potential brides and grooms and generate interest in Honey Events.
- Carrying out preliminary consultations with clients to determine their wedding preferences, budget, and the available packages that meet their needs.
- Playing a leading role in organizing and coordinating weddings once clients have engaged Honey Events for planning services.
- Collaborating closely with clients to discuss specific wedding details, such as decor, traditions, vendors, and other requirements.
- Overseeing all aspects of wedding-day activities to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong professional networks and effective negotiation skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, kind, and patient.
- Achieve a quarterly target of booking 5 weddings, with an annual target of 20.
- Ability to commit to working 3-5 wedding a quarter or finding a team member for the day-of.
$300 per month, will accommodate to student's schedule
