Schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Program Overview:
Our Hospitality Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for culinary and hospitality students to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and diverse world of restaurant operations. Interns will be immersed in all aspects of restaurant management, focusing on both functional operations and leadership development. The program includes exposure to three distinct restaurant brands: Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar, and Whiskey Cake.
Responsibilities:
- Functional Operations Exposure:
- Participate in various roles within the restaurant, including kitchen operations, front-of-house service, and guest relations.
- Gain practical experience in food preparation, menu planning, and presentation.
- Collaborate with chefs, servers, and managers to understand the intricacies of daily restaurant activities.
- Leadership Development:
- Engage in leadership workshops and training sessions.
- Shadow and interact with the restaurant's leadership team to learn about decision-making processes and team management.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that impact restaurant operations.
- Brand Rotation:
- Work across all three restaurant brands within the group, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of different cuisines and service styles.
- Presentation and Project Work:
- Undertake a significant project related to restaurant operations and present the findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Enhance public speaking and presentation skills through regular interactions with colleagues and management.
- Networking and Mentorship:
- Attend networking events and engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced professionals.
- Receive guidance and support from mentors within the organization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree program with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Experience in creating, preparing, and presenting to a leadership team.
- Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the US.
