Knotting Hill Place and Brighton Abbey are two of the most beautiful venues in North Texas. We are searching for a talented and motivated Part Time Experience Mangers to assist in hosting weddings and events at our venues. The Experience Manager is responsible for working with the Event Coordinators and closing out events at the end of the night. This position will require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends .
As Experience Manager, you should be well-organized and possess a high level of customer service skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Event Coordinators and Wedding Planners as needed to ensure a successful and memorable event
- Ensure clear communications of all venue policies and procedures.
- Help Manage event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Assess an event’s overall success for five-star reviews and service
- Close out events and ensure venue check list are complete and the venue is secure
Requirements:
- Hospitality experience
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding people management skills.
- Pursuing a degree in hospitality management or public relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part Time
- $16 per hour
