Research and inventory current learning content across all Customer Success teams and locations. Develop plan, framework, and strategy to maintain content to ensure accuracy. Determine most appropriate process for maintaining content, including but not limited to format. Document this process and instruct team member(s) who will be executing the content maintenance strategy going forward to enable change management.
Role and Responsibilities

Work with Customer Success team members to complete inventory of all learning content. This includes but is not limited to e-learning lessons and source files, instructor led library files, Knowledge Base articles and Help pages.

Determine method to visualize status of all content (option are limited to existing tools or those within candidate’s ability to develop).

Create content maintenance strategy and process to implement.

Present findings and solution to leadership team.

Implement strategy and train team to support lasting change.
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements-
1-3 years experience with project management.

Previous exposure to content maintenance, technical documentation management and/or change management.

Thoroughly organized and methodical approach to process development
-
Ability to communicate professionally both up and down an organization.
