In addition to learning the ropes of the live events world, you'll also have the chance to network with other professionals in the event industry, attend industry events, and gain exposure to our latest technologies and trends. This position will support our Audio Visual/Event Tech team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, Texas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Energetic, outgoing, learning mindset
- Passion for audio/visual, event technology, and live production
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments including some nights and weekends
- Ability to travel to local event facilities at least 20% of the time
- Available to work full-time for 10 weeks during the summer of 2024 in all types of environments (show site and in-office)
